Overview

This site is an open blog for discussing the art of living. Why are we so scared of dying when it is inevitable. If you really need to be scared of something, then be scared of not living? Often we experience life as overall tardiness or heaviness and seldom like a gracious, light and joyful dance. What do you sense in presence at this very moment?  

The Art of Living intent to guide us back to our true authentic nature, the original design. It is there to teach us how to dance in the rain, rather than survive in the storm. The overall intention can best be shown as the fairy tale of the genie, at the very moment you have to tell him your 3 wishes (witch exclude having more wishes). The excitement almost hurts. What will I ask?… What will I ask? The genie starts to tap with his one foot on the ground waiting. This does not help and it only adds to my panic. The mind goes berserk and many thought flashes through the brain. This is very important…What if time runs out? …Aha!  this may be the time to get that person back…should I wish something for me?…do not be selfish…what about the family…what about my friends…No forget that! … and so the mind keeps “shouting” at me without leaving any gaps of silence.  Many may relate to this. The “Art of Living In One” site (this site) is about how NOT to waist these wishes that are available ONLY in this very moment, which we unconsciously let go past us.   The proof is recognised in the young child that is still in touch with it true pure nature. That is before the purity is taken away and polluted with different ideas and beliefs that has evolved over thousands of years. Just watch when he or she receives a present or see that small puppy in the pet shop. This is a pure golden moment.  The true, holy or pure self shines brightly. The main thing I realised with children is that they are in exploring mode and waste no energy on social acceptance and expectation,  looking for affirmation, checking on opinions,  concerning about unnecessary risks. All this polutes the pure spontaneous response.

When we return to spontaneous exploring we too, will be filled with life surprises and creative energy for many opportunities to dance in the rain.

Before we start, there are a few things necasary to lay a strong foundation, otherwise we will return to the comfort of our old ways at the first moment we feel vulnerable. Any new building starts with a good foundation. The most profound foundation is to know who we are and that it means we are ONE. Please read about terminology used on this site. It will clarify the use of uppercase letters in the syntax.

A simplified model to illustrate the Art of Living in ONE.  The outer blue layer represents the infinite universal energy which points to a FORMLESS domain. The white cloudy layer (including all layers inside of it) points to the domain of FORM and contains all of space-time. This means everything that exists sometime and somewhere in the universe. The form can be a visible, invisible, tangible or immaterial and includes thoughts and feelings that we ‘form’ in the present moment. The inner brown layer is a subset and points to a world of THINGS, i.e. those things that can be a sense in our bodies or create in our mind and feelings. It is there for anyone to explore and to experience as pleasant or unpleasant. The ONE (space of consciousness) now has the ability to be aware of itself through a  human body apparatus that exists temporarily.  The Art Of Living in ONE (AOLin1) is effectively the conversion that takes place in the white sphere. It requires some spiritual engineering to optimise this conversion and to provide structure and direction of how to stay pure and BE in harmony with the aforementioned universal system. This harmony means an extraordinary life of joy and peace.

Once we know spontaneously (and not conceptually by the process of information gathering) that we are one, and have always been one,  the inherit love will fill our lives with grace and without the need for someone or something to tell us to love each other. There is simply no need to tell your hand not to hurt your leg. It will not happen because they are part of one body. Certainly, this love has nothing to do with feelings or desires or even reasons. It is built into the original creation or design.

Since all ingredients for our shift back to our authentic self, are already in us, we can not become one, holy, pure or aware. We are this (it) already. Right now at this moment and forever. Our authentic self or true nature have been forgotten when we fell asleep to the presence and we replaced it with our own identity.  What is required to make a shift back again? This shift is hard to express in words. It is very simple but not always easy.  The shift involves a movement between worlds,

FROM

  • a world of FORM (matter) where I am part of a world that happens to me, unaware of  its magnetic nature to enslave or imprison me when I pretend to be some-one, doing some-thing at some-time and some-where

TO

  • a FORMLESS world where I observe the world happening around me, aware of the life energy in the present moment that set me free when I am my true self of being no-one and no-thing,  at no-time and no-where.

SO WHAT? WHY THE SHIFT?

Now, this CREATIVE ENERGY is where the authentic self creates the world happening as part of One in a stance that is infinite, unmovable, unchangeable and everlasting. This is an extraordinary life of being the formless tree it produces fruit for everyone and everything, every time and everywhere.

In engineering terms, the above example means that I have found the perfect point of view.  (Refer I Am…the absolute stance)  To find the truth (intended to set us free) we need to take a stance from a place that does not move or change. This only space where this is possible is from the FORMLESS domain. Everything move relative to this domain and the FORM domain continuously comes and goes like planes at the airport. If an engineer needs to design an airport it helps very little to be in the plain while you are observing. 

When part of the FORMLESS domain you immediately become aware and have a spontaneous knowing of the ONE energy source and its creative energy that have universal intelligence to convert this energy into power.  You are aware of its intent to give structure and direction to the life energy.  It takes no effort to feel a sense of trust (which I call faith) that connects you with the collective consciousness. In turn, this brings a sense of peace with an acknowledgement and acceptance to let everything be. (not letting go, but let it be).  This may remind us of the Beatles song “Let it be, let it be, words of wisdom”. Letting things “be”, is fertile solid for experiencing an extraordinary life and with the same excitement of a child, who is on its way to the park or birthday party.  The child’s mind is definitely not filled with hundreds of reasons why not to go.  He is filled with enthusiasm and is already experiencing the joy in his/her body, heart and mind. This is where the engineering view help us. Since the child became the apparatus for receiving this life energy in abundance.  This apparatus is a perfect design and has been “tuned” for the optimum conversion of energy to power. 

As an adult person, usually filled with many beliefs, ideas, opinions containing an element of fear, we will most probably feel a sense of vulnerability that comes from handing over “control,  and now left to just enjoy the dance in the rain. This vulnerable feeling is the perfect measure to know that I was able to enter the FORMLESS domain of silence (Silence of the compulsive thinking or voice in the head that is actually kind of bullying the true self ). 

Engineering goes with mathematics. Mathematics scares most of us, but it is essential to have some domain knowledge of how it works. The mathematical model for the transmission of electrical energy shows that optimum energy transfer is when there is no reflective power back to the source.  Reflective power result from being out of phase with the vibrational energy from the source. In mathematics, this out of phase voltages and currents can only expressed as a complex number system which contains imaginary numbers. [For the mathematically inclined, the square of both positive and negative real numbers is positive. Thus, the square root of a negative real number cannot be a real number.]  The is most interesting since we lose this power due to our imagination we have and pretension we make.  How does this happen?  In human terms, this loss of energy and potential power happens when we resist the present moment and any change to the present moment.  This is best observed in our self when we experience either something pleasant or unpleasant and suggest that “It should not be” (when we dislike it), and “It should be” (when we like it)observe. The analogy in a electrical circuit where energy is transferred is to add an inductor, which is trying to prevent energy flow, (referring to something I dislike or not want)  or adding a capacitor,  which is trying to retain energy and power (referring to something like and want to stay as is). Both the inductor and capacitors add to the phase difference and therefore the imaginary components in the circuit

Let me explain by way of an example. I will use “sound” to illustrate this. Normally we are ignorant and unaware of the origin of every sound that I hear and do not notice the silent “space” from where it comes from. It is not possible to have sound without having the much bigger, unmoveable, unchangeable and everlasting stance of silence. Like everything we experience sound comes from the world of FORM where everything is temporary. Like everything else, it always comes and goes. A good question is from where and to where? Well, all sounds always come from silence and go back to silence. The sound is part of the world of FORM that always comes from the FORMLESS.  So let us shift our presence,

FROM

  • the sound, [with some-one, by something, sometime, somewhere] which is FORM  where I am part of a world that happens to me, unaware of its source 

TO

  • silence [with no-one, no-thing, no-time, no-where] which is FORMLESS where I observe the world happening around me, aware of silence presence (feeling its life energy in that very present moment. Initially I start by observing the coming and going of the sound from the space of silence and returning to this deep silence) 

AGAIN ASK: SO WHAT? WHY THE SHIFT?

Creative energy resulting in extraordinary life [with everyone, everything, every time and everywhere.] where the authentic self creates the world happening as part of One bearing fruits. If you would ask the greatest composer (who would not have a big ego) where did that beautiful and majestic composition come from, they might all suggest, something like “I do not really know.  It was not really me. It comes from NOWHERE”  It certainly does not come from SOMETHING like our memory or google. It did not come from SOMEONE.  The fruits of the tree are never meant for the tree itself so is this composition now part of EVERYTHING for EVERONE, EVERYWHERE and ANYTIME.

Spontaneous knowing

This blog is about the art of living. Part of it is what I refer to as spontaneous knowing. This is not about intellectual and conceptual understanding.  You may experience the same as I did when I started listening to others bringing similar messages. I felt almost helpless trying to fit it in the paradigms that I grew to, through a process of our belief system. The only reason I continued to listen over and over was that something deep in me resonated with the overall energy vibration, that we sometimes refer to as the “vibe” of the message. I just knew there were some more to it. It directed me to an unfound truth and treasure buried inside me. 

We often tell our children not to get into a vehicle with a foreign driver. I hesitated due to my worldly and religious convictions and fear that what would happen if I open up and go along with the stranger in my life. Fortunately, this some inclination guided me beyond any fear.

 I can not and do not want to force anyone into searching for a better life. You may not be aware of other options in life. it is impossible to free yourself from prison if you are not aware of being in prison. The intent is to show you outside and leave you to choose.

What you may experience if you are prepared to let be (not let go), the world happening to someone and somethings, sometimes and somewhere,  will disappear.  It takes place for the new world with no-one, nothing, nowhere and notime which is required to create the world of everything, every time and everywhere. The world now longer happens to you but is now created by you as co-creators of universal energy with universal intellect.

Matter can not create new matter but science and physics have catches up with ancient philosophers and proofed how consciousness creates matter. The wave particle shows that a wave can create a particle but a particle can not create new waves. Waves are the no-thing in the invisible world and particles are the somethings in the material or visible world.

It is important that the shift is to no-one, no-thing, no-time and no-where since that is the origin of everything. Sound comes from no-sound or silence and it goes back to silence. Our true intuitive intellect comes from nowhere and not from our intellect that is only based on memory. This goes to tell that I am that I am the no-thing, from no-time from nowhere and no-time. Note the last two reflects the space-time aspect which Einstein believed to be an illusion.

Invitation

To respond to the spontaneous knowing and be One with EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE, EVERYONE and EVERYTIME. Anyone can do it. Notice that I did not say to become One but be One which suggests you already have everything you need, regardless of your perceived abilities. Do not try to create or look for a door to find some way to the art of living. You are the door to an extraordinary life. You are the door.
